AI Automation Agency
We build AI agents that actually ship.
The market’s own verdict is that most AI agents are hype — dressed-up scripts that demo well and quietly break in production. Fair. So we don’t ask you to take our word for it. We build done-for-you AI automation, and we prove it on your data before you ever sign anything.
Fix → Organize → Build. A free scorecard and a demo tenant you can watch — before you book a call. Humans stay in the loop: you set the floors, you approve the calls that matter. And our default is to run it inside your own private tenant, not ours.
Or just watch an agent work in a simulated demo tenant — no form, no call →
Synthetic demo tenant. Fake carrier, fake loads (MC-000xxx), fake invoices. Not a real client and no real customer data.
You can’t tell a real agent from a script taped to a workflow.
“90% of AI agents are useless.”
“It’s 80% hype, 20% actual results.”
“The AI consulting gold rush turned consultants into snake oil.”
Market sentiment — buyers’ own words, not Tensor Garden research.
The deck looks the same. The pricing looks the same. The promise looks the same. And six weeks in, you’re the one explaining to your team why the expensive thing nobody can measure is still sitting there. You’re not anti-AI. You’re anti-getting-burned — you want the work done, and you want to see it work before you pay for it. That’s the whole reason we built this the way we did.
Everyone says they’re real. We show you.
That’s the entire difference, and it shows up in the order of operations. This isn’t a headcount play and it isn’t a magic button. It’s the work, done where you can see it.
We show you the work before you buy.
A free personalized scorecard and a simulated demo tenant you can watch come first — not after a contract.
You set the floors. You approve what matters.
The agent doesn’t act unsupervised on the things that count. Humans stay in the loop by design.
We fix and organize before we build.
Most “AI agents” fail because they’re bolted onto a mess. We clean the inputs first.
It runs in your tenant, on your data, under your rules.
Private deployment is our default approach, not an upsell.
Five ways we prove it before you spend a dollar.
A personalized read on what’s automatable — free, no call.
Tell us about your operation and your biggest time sink, and we show you what’s automatable in your stack, the order we’d tackle it in, and typical timelines by size. It says, in writing, what it is not: timelines are typical, not a guarantee. A downloadable sample is available today.
Most vendors won’t let you do this before a call. We will.
This is Summit Freight Lines — a synthetic demo tenant on fake data (MC-000xxx loads, 555 numbers, example.com). Nothing here is a real client. You watch the agent actually work, step by step. A second built tenant proves the approach generalizes beyond one company’s setup.
Find what’s broken or manual
We find what’s broken or manual and stop the bleeding.
Artifact: your personalized scorecard / audit.
Make the inputs real
We clean and structure the inputs so an agent has something real to act on.
Artifact: a mapped, documented workflow.
Deploy into your tenant
We deploy the agent into your tenant, with your approval floors set.
Artifact: a working agent you watched get built.
You set the floors — the thresholds where the agent must stop and ask. You approve the calls that matter — the ones with money or a customer on the other end. The work is visible, not hidden behind a confidence score. That’s also the honest answer to “who’s accountable”: a human is — yours on the decisions that count, ours for the build.
The interactive AI Process Discovery Kit.
A self-serve kit you can run on your own: a readiness scorecard, an ROI/automation kit, and a classifier that tells you which of your tasks are genuinely a fit for an agent — and which aren’t. The cheapest possible way to find out whether this is even worth a call.
Who this is for — and who it isn’t.
Saying this out loud saves us both a wasted call.
This is for you if
- You run an operation with real, repeatable busywork eating your team’s week.
- You’ve been burned by, or are wary of, AI vendors who couldn’t show their work.
- You’re trying to hire someone to build AI agents and want a shop that proves it before you pay.
- You want it built for you, deployed into your environment, with a human you can hold accountable.
- You want to see it work before you commit budget.
This is NOT for you if
- ✕You want a self-serve SaaS seat to administer yourself. We build and run done-for-you automation; we’re not selling you a login.
- ✕You want a guaranteed magic ROI number with no human in the loop. We won’t promise a number we can’t stand behind.
- ✕You need a fully unsupervised agent acting on high-stakes calls with nobody watching. That’s the opposite of how we build.
Our default: we don’t reuse or train on your data
without your written consent.
This is the part most agencies won’t put in writing. Your data is yours. Where the agent runs is your call — we describe these as our approach, not as a contract until the paperwork is signed.
Your AI, your building
It runs inside your own infrastructure. Your data never leaves hardware you own.
Your AI, your cloud
Runs in your own cloud account — your account, your keys, your boundary, isolated to your tenant.
We host, you own
We host and run it, still under the no-training-without-written-consent default.
Contractual terms — retention, ownership, named tiers, and access guarantees — are set in a written agreement. We don’t put promises on a landing page we haven’t signed.
Independence from the busywork.
This July 4th.
Independence Day is about exactly the thing we do: getting your team free of the manual, repetitive work it’s been chained to. Two ways in — one free, one the first real step.
The Automation Scorecard
A few questions, no call, no charge. A personalized read on what’s automatable and where to start. It’s the front of the line — and it feeds nothing you didn’t ask for.

Industry AI readiness audits run $5,000–$15,000. July only — the price goes up after.
We map your operation, show exactly what we’d automate, the hours and dollars at stake, and the build plan. Clients who do the paid audit in July get 50% off the build.
Book the Independence Day auditTwo guarantees
Audit guarantee. If you don’t see at least 10x the audit fee in identified annual savings, the audit is free.
Demonstration guarantee. You see it working on a copy of your actual workflow before you pay for the build.
What the build includes
- Discovery audit — workflow map, ROI, and a phased build plan
- Working automation delivered in phases, not one big-bang project
- Integration with the stack you already run
- Human-in-the-loop controls — you set the floors
- 30-day tuning after each phase goes live
- Private / on-prem deployment option (the moat)
What buyers ask before they call.
01How do I know your agent is real and not just a script with a nice UI?
You watch it work before you pay. The simulated demo tenant lets you see an agent operate step by step on a synthetic job — bidding, negotiating, chasing an invoice — and the scorecard tells you in writing what we’d build and why. If a vendor can’t show you the mechanism, that’s your answer about the vendor.
02What does it cost?
The scorecard is free. The Independence Day Deep-Dive Audit is $1,500 through July (industry AI readiness audits run $5,000–$15,000), and it comes with a guarantee: if you don’t see at least 10x the audit fee in identified annual savings, the audit is free. Builds are scoped from the audit and run in phases — typically starter $1k–3.5k, growth $4k–12k, larger ops $12k–35k, with a flat monthly for upkeep. July audits get 50% off the build.
03Is my data safe? Do you train on it?
No reuse and no training on your data without your written consent — that’s our default, and it’s the shipped default in our own tooling. You also choose where the agent runs: on-prem, a private tenant in your own cloud, or managed by us. Contractual terms — retention, ownership, and access — are set in a written agreement, not promised on a landing page.
04Shouldn’t I just buy an off-the-shelf tool instead of building?
Sometimes, yes — and we’ll tell you when. We build custom agents for the work where off-the-shelf tools don’t fit your operation. If a tool solves it, buy the tool. We’d rather keep the relationship honest than sell you a build you don’t need.
05Who’s accountable when the AI acts?
A human — by design. You set the floors and approve the calls that matter, so the agent never acts unsupervised on high-stakes decisions. We’re accountable for the build; you keep the final say on the decisions with money or a customer attached.
06How fast does this happen?
The audit gives you typical timelines by company size — typical, not guaranteed, and stated as such in writing. We won’t quote you a delivery date before we’ve seen your stack, because a real timeline depends on what Fix and Organize turn up.
See It First
See the work first.
Then decide.
You’ve been pitched enough. This is the part where you get to watch instead.
See what's automatable
before you talk to anyone.
A few questions about your operation. You get a personalized read on what's automatable in your stack, where we'd start, and what each phase typically takes. No call required, and the scorecard is free. It's the front of the line, not the bill.
Summit Freight Lines is a SIMULATED demo tenant: a fixed SIMULATED badge and synthetic data only (fake MC numbers, 555 phones, example.com addresses). It is not a real client and contains no real customer data. A second built tenant is used only to show the build approach generalizes — it is not a watch-the-agent demo. Our default data commitment is no reuse and no training on your data without your written consent; contractual data-ownership and deployment terms are set in a written agreement.
