These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of tensorgarden.ai, Tensor Garden LLC websites, demos, portals, communications, and related services. By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the services for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Tensor Garden provides AI implementation, automation, workflow, CRM, portal, consulting, and related business services. Website content, demos, templates, and assessments are provided for general informational purposes and do not replace professional legal, financial, insurance, compliance, or security advice.

Project-specific terms, statements of work, subscriptions, payment terms, confidentiality terms, or data processing terms may be governed by separate written agreements. If those agreements conflict with these public Terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access another user's portal, probe systems, or disrupt service availability.
• Upload or transmit malware, secrets you are not authorized to share, regulated data without approval, or content that violates rights or law.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, consent, or permission to communicate with a contact.

Some services may require account access or portal access. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You retain ownership of materials you provide to us, subject to the rights needed for us and our service providers to deliver the requested services.

Tensor Garden may offer SMS/text messaging for sales follow-up, meeting reminders, demo follow-up, project updates, customer-care messages, and CRM cadence messages to leads, prospects, and customers who have provided a phone number and appropriate consent.

• Message frequency: varies based on your interaction with us, active projects, and requested follow-up.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. We will send confirmation where applicable and stop further non-transactional texts to that number.
• Help: reply HELP for help or visit our contact page.
• Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carrier notice: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The site, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, templates, and other materials are owned by Tensor Garden or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by written agreement or law.

The site and services may link to or integrate with third-party services such as scheduling, hosting, communications, analytics, payment, document signing, CRM, AI, or automation providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, terms, or privacy practices.

The website and public materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tensor Garden disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tensor Garden will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the site or services.
