Motor Carriers & Trucking
One AI over your entire operation.
A chief of staff for your trucking company. It watches the load board, every truck, every driver, every invoice, and every dollar. It runs the busywork, reminds your team, escalates what matters, and tells you everything.
Dry van · Reefer · 3–50 trucks · Built around your rules
The whole company runs through one or two exhausted heads.
You can’t step away.
Take a Saturday off and loads don’t get booked. The company runs on you, and that’s the ceiling on how big it gets.
Your dispatcher is the system.
Which shippers take two hours to unload. Who’s been called. Which driver’s free. If she’s out, the operation loses its brain.
Check calls never sleep.
Empty, loaded, in the door, detention, delivered. Every milestone is an update a human has to remember to send, around the clock.
Receivables get pushed.
“Never got the invoice.” “Missing the POD.” Without enforcement, brokers stretch your money for months and your fuel card doesn’t wait.
The money picture is scattered.
QuickBooks, the bank, the load board, a notepad. Maintenance, tires, fuel, driver pay. You can’t see the bleed, so you can’t stop it.
You’re negotiating blind.
Brokers know exactly what they paid you last time. Most carriers don’t. Every negotiation starts from zero, and money stays on the table.
The layer over all of them.
You don’t need a thirteenth piece of software. You need one brain sitting over the twelve you already have, reading everything, connecting everything, and acting on it.
YOU — one dashboard, one daily brief, full control
A day with the right hand.
Not a demo script. The actual shape of an operating day, the way we design it around your rules.
Tomorrow’s loads get confirmed
It emails brokers confirming every pickup, checks rate cons against what was agreed, and flags any mismatch before a truck rolls toward a problem.
Every load, watched and bid
It filters thousands of loads against your radius, weights, shipper list, and no-go cities. It bids your strategy with your hard floor, and checks the backhaul so the round trip pencils, not just the outbound.
Expected versus actual, automatically
It reads your telematics and knows where every truck should be and where it actually is. Driver hasn’t checked in? Dispatch gets a nudge. Running late to a delivery? The broker hears it from the system before they ask. Sitting at a dock? The detention clock is already running.
It knows when humans decide
Truck empty since 8 AM with nothing booked? It doesn’t take a desperation load. It hands your team everything it tried, with options, and lets a human make the judgment call. Your rules decide where the line is.
POD to invoice without a gap
Signed POD comes in, invoice goes out, every document filed where it belongs. The thing brokers count on, the gap between delivery and paperwork, stops existing.
Receivables that don’t slide to 90
Every invoice gets a follow-up schedule and an aging watch. Every broker excuse gets logged with a timestamp. Past 45 days it escalates to you with the full paper trail, so the awkward call is short and you win it.
It sees where money is draining
Fuel, maintenance, tires, driver pay, per truck and per lane, across every company you run. Maintenance creeping up on one truck? Fuel spend off trend? A lane that’s quietly losing money on every run? It flags the drain before it becomes a quarter’s worth of losses.
You hear everything, in five minutes
Loads booked and at what margin. Trucks and where they sleep. Money in, money out, what’s aging, what got flagged. The full state of your company in one daily brief, whether you were in the office or at your kid’s game.
One right hand. Every job it runs.
Load board engine
Watches every load, filters your rules, bids your strategy with hard floors and backhaul math.
Rate memory
Every load you’ve ever run becomes negotiating leverage. Lane, broker, rate, fuel that day. Never start from zero again.
Truck & driver watch
Telematics-driven expected-versus-actual on every truck. Late, idle, off-route, or at the dock too long — it knows first.
Reminders & accountability
Dispatcher nudged when a driver hasn’t checked in. Nothing forgotten, nothing living in one person’s head.
Comms on autopilot
Milestone updates, rate con checks, COI requests routed instantly. Brokers stay informed without your team typing a word.
Receivables enforcement
Aging buckets, scheduled follow-ups, every excuse logged. Net-30 stops becoming net-90.
Bleed detection
Per-truck and per-lane cost analysis across all your companies. Maintenance trends, fuel spikes, lanes that quietly lose money.
The owner’s brief
One dashboard, one nightly summary. The whole company, visible, whether you’re at the desk or finally not.
Fix. Organize. Build.
Applied to freight.
Most AI companies skip straight to the build. That’s why most AI projects fail. We don’t.
Fix
We map your whole load lifecycle, board to booking to delivery to payment, and pull your rules out of people’s heads and paper notes into something a system can run.
Organize
Shipper rules, rate history, driver roster, broker contacts, unload times: one structured intelligence layer. Every load you’ve ever run starts working for the next one.
Build
The right hand goes live in phases: loads, comms, rates, dispatch and tracking, invoicing, and the money picture. A working outcome at every phase, not just code.
It earns autonomy the same way a new dispatcher would.
It watches, you confirm
The AI shows you what it would have done on every load. You say yes or no. It learns your judgment, not a template.
It recommends, you approve
One-click approvals on its picks and its bids. Anything outside your rules gets flagged, never guessed at.
It executes, you oversee
Only after it’s proven 95%+ accurate for two straight weeks does a phase run on its own. When it’s uncertain, it escalates to a human. Always.
This isn’t a headcount play.
The right hand takes the grunt work, not the jobs. Your dispatcher stops being a human router and starts running the system: handling exceptions, working relationships, making the judgment calls. Same team, more trucks moving, nobody burning out. The fleets that grow aren’t the ones that cut people. They’re the ones whose people can do more.
Your lanes and your rates are the business.
They stay yours.
Your rate history, shipper list, and broker relationships are exactly what make your company worth something. We build so they never become anyone else’s training data. Pick the deployment that fits.
Your AI, your building
A dedicated machine at your office, running AI models locally. Your data never leaves hardware you own. We set it up; you hold the keys.
Your AI, your cloud
Runs in your own cloud account with enterprise no-training and zero-retention commitments. Isolated to your tenant, owned by you.
We host, you own
Our managed stack with zero-retention agreements on every AI call. Every account is opened in your name. We can’t take your data with us, because we never had it.
We know your world from every side of the table.
Our founder is a licensed P&C agent and Certified Insurance Counselor who spent twenty-plus years in commercial insurance with trucking as a core focus — insuring motor carriers and working every day with the people around them: the freight brokers, the shippers, the factoring companies.
We know the carrier.
The 4 AM check calls, the dispatcher carrying the operation in her head, the Saturday that never comes off. We’ve sat across from hundreds of fleet owners living it.
We know the broker.
How they negotiate, which excuses are stalling tactics and which are real, and what a clean rate con looks like. The AI negotiates better because we know who it’s negotiating with.
We know the money.
Why factoring eats margin, how net-30 becomes net-90, what detention disputes actually turn on. The receivables enforcement is built from how this industry really pays.
Founding Fleets
We’re taking on our first three trucking fleets this quarter.
We’ve automated insurance agencies, CPA firms, and IT companies. Trucking is next, and the first three carriers get founding-customer pricing in exchange for letting us document the results. When those spots are gone, they’re gone.
- Founding pricing, locked for the life of the system
- Built phase by phase, working outcomes from phase one
- Direct line to the people building it, not a ticket queue
- Your operation becomes the case study, with your approval on every word
Find out what a right hand
would take off your plate.
Five quick questions about your operation. You get a personalized one-pager: what's automatable in your stack, in what order, and what each phase typically takes. Two minutes, no pitch.
What carriers ask before they call.
01What if the AI books a bad load?
It can’t book anything outside the rules you set, and it doesn’t get full control on day one. Every phase starts in shadow mode where it only shows you what it would have done. It graduates to acting on its own only after sustained, measured accuracy, and even then anything unusual escalates to your team instead of guessing.
02Is my rate data training somebody else’s AI?
No. That’s a hard line. Depending on the deployment you choose, your data lives on a machine in your building, inside your own cloud account, or under zero-retention agreements where the AI provider contractually cannot train on it. Every account is opened in your name and you own it outright.
03Do I have to replace my dispatcher?
No, and we’d advise against it. The system handles the repetitive machine work: searching, templated emails, check calls, follow-ups. Your people handle judgment, relationships, and exceptions. Most fleets find their existing team can run meaningfully more trucks once the grunt work is off their plate.
04Can it really tell me where money is going?
Yes, and for most owners it’s the part that pays for everything else. It connects your accounting, your bank feed, and your load data, then breaks cost out per truck, per lane, and per company. Maintenance trending up, fuel off-pattern, a lane that loses money on every run: it surfaces the bleed instead of leaving it buried in a quarterly statement.
05What systems does it connect to?
Load boards like DAT, your email and phones, GPS and telematics platforms like Samsara, your TMS, QuickBooks, and your bank feed. We build around the stack you already run rather than forcing a new one on you.
06What does it cost?
It’s built in phases, so you’re never paying for a giant project on faith. Each phase delivers a working outcome before the next one starts, with a flat monthly fee for maintenance once you’re live. Founding fleets get founding pricing. We’ll give you an exact number after a 30-minute look at your operation.
07We’re a small fleet. Is this really for us?
It’s built for you specifically. Carriers running roughly 3 to 50 trucks get the most out of this, because that’s exactly the size where one or two people carry the whole back office in their heads. The bigger guys have software teams. You get a right hand instead.
